PineappleHR is very serious about the data privacy. PineappleHR collects information from our users at several different points on our website that we do not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information collected through this website with third parties for their sole promotional purposes. During registration, employers may required to grant PineappleHR access to their payroll system, from which PineappleHR imports information such as name, email address, date of birth, home address, and social security number for the company’s employees. This information is required to search best price quotes on various insurance and employee benefits products and services. It is also used to enroll the company and employees in those products if they choose to enroll, and, if the employer chooses to enroll in a benefits program, to contact employees about enrollment process and information on benefits products.

If you use any of the services that PineappleHR offers through our partners, affiliates and others, you may be asked to supply identifying information about yourself and/or other family members to facilitate delivery of such services to you. In all instances, the information is only used for the purpose for which it was supplied and is not otherwise used or disclosed. PineappleHR offers several services on our site where we will, by necessity, need to provide some of your information to the third party offering the services. We supply this information only as necessary to provide these services but we make no representation or warranty about these entities and how they will treat your personal information.
